Hello guys, our
activity today is to finish the Coffee break and lunch box for the second day
of the Jobfair event on our campus. today I come to campus as usual at 07.00
am.
The first thing
we prepared was Morning Coffe break box, after that we prepared a lunch box,
but I was not involved in preparing the lunch box, because I had the duty to
make Bread.
I together with
my friend made bread with chocolate stuffing. then we started to prepare the
ingredients and tools we would use to make the dough.
After that, we
started mixing the dough with mixing dough. after the mixture is smooth, we
start dividing the dough by the size of 40 gr and then rounding it up and
stuffing it with dark chocolate.
After everything
is filled, our dough is proofing in the proofing cabinet for about 1 hour.
while waiting for the dough to be proofed. I helped prepare the afternoon
coffee break box.
After 1 hour the
dough is proofed, the bread is baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
