Hello guys, My post this time is still related to the previous DAILY ACTIVITY 09 post, because the material or cassava that we will use to make cassava tape is a little harder, so I made it back to the cassava today.

Okay, in this post, I will tell you about the process of making cassava tapai with my friend.

This morning I arrived at 7:30 a.m., then around 9:00 a.m. I went to the market to buy cassava which was better than the cassava that I bought before. finally I chose to market hartaco which is closest to campus.

After that we returned to the kitchen to process the cassava we bought. Well, when we arrived on campus, we immediately peeled the cassava.

Next go to the step of making cassava tapai. the first step is to prepare the steamer then heat it, and wash the cassava that has been peeled beforehand.

Next, put it in the steamer, then steam until the cassava is cooked or soft. then lift and store on a tray that has been coated with banana leaves, then cool.

After cold, add the tapai yeast which has been pureed by filtering using a strainer.

Then, put it in a clean container that has been prepared and closed tightly, then stored for approximately 2-3 days until the tapai is finished.
