Today i'm and my friend A. Widiarestu make a soup from menu today, That's Labu Kuning Santan. The ingredient and step to make it are:
  • Pumkin 2 kg
  • Long Been 1,5 kg
  • Sweet corn 9 pcs
  • Green chilli 600 gr
  • Water 1 L
  • Coconut milk 600 ml
  • Garlic 3 siung
  • Shallot 3 siung
  • Coriander
  • Candlenut
 The first, prepare All Ingredient, Cutting all vegetable, roast coriender, next bland all spices and saute, and cut green chilli for garnish.


After that Boiled Water, Add Spices, Sweet corn, long been, pumpkin and coconut milk, and than season with salt and pepper.

And Labu Kuning santan soup ready to serve, you can serve with fried shallot and slice green chilli.
