Hi Guys, In the campus today we are practice about Western Buffet. Do you know what is menu and Buffet menu?
Well, I want Explain a little about that.
The first, menu is a list of the foods that may be ordered at a restaurant, the foods that are served at a meal.

The Second, Buffet menu is a system of serving meals in which food is placed in a public area where the diners generally serve themselves. Buffets are offered at various places including hotels, restaurant and many social event. Buffet restaurants normally offer all-you-can-eat (EYCE) food for a set price.

And today, as previous semester one, i make appetizer from this menus. What the meaning appetizer?
Appetizer or starter is a small dish served before a meal. Some hors d'oeuvres may be served cold, others hot. Hors d'oeuvres may be served at the dinner table as a part of the meal, or they may be served before seating. Formerly, hors d'oeuvres were also served between courses.

The menus of appetizer today are :
*Shrimp and Macaroni Salad
*Southwestern Sweet Potato Salad
I am joined in group 3 to make Shrimp and macaroni salad. With my friends the name are Anthonius Tjiu and Muh. Yunus. The ingredient to make it are :
* Shrimp
* Macaroni
* Tomato
* Green Peas
* Mayonnaise sauce
* Celery
* Onion
* Lemon Juice
* Salt & pepper
Step to make it :
- Cutting tomato, celery and onion
- Blanced the shrimp and green peas until cooked
- Boiled macaroni until cooked, set a side to cool down
- Make Mayonnaise sauce
You know mayonnaise sauce?
Mayonnaise is a thick, creamy dressing often used as a condiment. It is a stable emulsion of oil, egg yolk, and either vinegar or lemon juice, with many options for embellishment with other herbs and spices.

While waiting for serving, i take all ingredient in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. And next i help other friends to make maincourse.
After that when the time to serve all food. Next step.
- Mix all ingredient with mayonnaise together
- Seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve in oval plate (plating)
