Hello, I want to tell My activity in kitchen today, Today we are make Western Buffet. I am make Dissert today, The name is Rum Balls, me make it with my friend widi. Rum balls we can finish with a good time.



Ingredient and Step To make Rum Balls :

American Chocolate Sponge Cake :

Ingredient :
Eggs 10
Granulated Sugar 300 gr
Unsalted Butter 125 gr
All Purpose Flour 250 gr
Cocoa Powder 300 gr
Water 225 ml

Step : 
1. Preheat the oven 180 celcius
2. Boil water and cocoa powder until bubbling.
3. Remove from the heat and add butter, stir until melthed
4. In the bowl mix egg and sugar until stiff
5. Add flour little by little
6. Add Chocolate, mix until well
7. Oven with 180 celcius and 20 minutes

Rum Balls :
Ingredient :
Crumbed Chocolate sponge cake 600 gr
Chocolate converter, melthed 1,5 kg
Chocolate ganache

Step :
1. Mix crambed cake with chocolate into bowl
2. Roll it and make it into balls
3. Roll the ball into cocoa powder
4. Cool it in the chiller
