Hello Guys today i'm practice in kitchen about western buffet, i'm joined in group maincourse, me with my friend widi make Eggplant parmigiana, the first step me with her prepare all ingredient, after that i'm cut eggplant into 8 pieces of horizontal cut. Next, take in sit pan with olive oil and marinate with salt and pepper and than baked eggplant about 12-15 minutes to 200 degrees celcius. While wait eggplant cooked, me make a Basic Tomato sauce, i'm cut all ingredient and than saute garlic and onion and cook until soft and light golden brown, after that add the thyme and carrot and cook 5 minutes more until the carrot soft, add tomatoes, simmer for 30 minutes until thick. After that place eggplant in inside and add tomato sauce, bread cramb, mozarella and permesan cheese. And next bake again.
