Hi, I want to tall about my Activity today in the kitchen, Today I practice in the kitchen Tourism Polytechnic of makassar, we are make some stock for prepare after we start to practice in semester three. I am from group 1, had to make some brown stock. While waiting for stock is cooked, we are cleab the window in kitchen. After that, we are pack some stock in plastic roll. And than We are general cleaning in then kitchen. The last i am come back to home at 17.30 pm
