Kue Black Forest (Bahasa Jerman:Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte) adalah jenis kue khas Jerman yang paling dikenal di dunia. Kue ini terbuat dari bolu coklat yang dilapisi krim segar, serutan coklat dan ceri yang direndam dalam Kirschwasser, schnapps ceri jernih khas daerah Schwarzwälder ("Black Forest"). Walau dikenal berasal dari daerah Black Forest, namun seorang pembuat kue dari Bad Godesberg, dekat Bonn, mengklaim menemukan resepnya pada tahun 1915. Ia kemungkinan berasal dari daerah Danau Constance, yang berada dekat Black Forest, jadi ia menamakan resep ciptaannya dari nama daerah itu. Ada beberapa teori yang menyebutkan tentang asal usul kue ini. Pertama serutan coklat di atas kue mungkin melambangkan Black Forest. Kedua, mungkin karena namanya mengandung kata Kirschwasser yang merupakan ciri khas daerah Black Forest.  Ketiga, ada yang mengatakan bahwa namanya berasal dari pakaian tradisional wanita Black Forest yang berwarna hitam dengan blus putih dan topi putih dan bola-bola merah yang melambangkan buah ceri.

    Hello Guys today i'm practice in kitchen about western buffet, i'm joined in group maincourse, me with my friend widi make Eggplant parmigiana, the first step me with her prepare all ingredient, after that i'm cut eggplant into 8 pieces of horizontal cut. Next, take in sit pan with olive oil and marinate with salt and pepper and than baked eggplant about 12-15 minutes to 200 degrees celcius. While wait eggplant cooked, me make a Basic Tomato sauce, i'm cut all ingredient and than saute garlic and onion and cook until soft and light golden brown, after that add the thyme and carrot and cook 5 minutes more until the carrot soft, add tomatoes, simmer for 30 minutes until thick. After that place eggplant in inside and add tomato sauce, bread cramb, mozarella and permesan cheese. And next bake again.

Hello, Today we are come back to Campus Tourism Polytechnic Of Makassar, We return to practice in  kitchen Tourism Polytechnic of makassar, we practice making chocolate almonds crispy, chocolate pie and brownies. 




We finished practice around 17:00 pm, then we went back to the dormitory hall of industrial training, tonight was the first night I spent the night in the dorm.

Hi, Today in the morning, I was instructed to follow the expert training of various processed chocolate-based products. 










I joined in group 4. Today practice in kitchen Tourism Polytechnic of makassar, that is practice to make chocolate food, that is Dodol Coklat, 3 In 1 Chocolate and 3 in 1 ginger chocolate.




The Our prodact succeeded and around 16.00 pm has finished prodact. I can take a something today is to get maximum results, the key is compactness and always work with the heart.



 
1. Colander
It's made of Stainless Steel, the funchion for slicing ingredient and save food or rice,  it's can be washed with soap and rinsed with clean water






2. Measuring Spoon
It's Made of stainless steel or plastic, the funchion for measure ingredient, like a salt, pepper and others, it's can be wahed with soap and rinsed with clean water






3. Saute Pan
It's made of Stainless steel, the funchion for saute food,  it's can washed with soap and rinsed with clean water.
1. Bain Marie
It's made of Stainless Steel or glass, the funchion for warm food, it's can be clean with wet napkin











2. Grilled
It's made of iron, the funchion for grilled food (satay, beef, meat and others ingredient) it's can be clean with soap and rinsed with clean water and clean with wet napkin.









3. Table Working
It's made of Stainless steel, the funchionfor place to work in kitchen, it's can be clean with wet napkin.
