On Tuesday we were assigned to bring back the
pandanus, just like the previous week's six sheets. We will use these pandan
leaves to make ketupat.
We were assigned to make six ketupat per person. We
will fill and cook the ketupat, and then we will use it to make a gado-gado that we will sell on Friday.
We came to the campus around 7:00 a.m., and when we
arrived at the campus, we began to cut the pandan leaves we brought and washed
first, then we went into the classroom and started making ketupat.
After our ketupat is finished, the ketupat is filled
with rice by my friend and then cooked. Whereas with my other friends, I
started making layer cake.
However, today we failed to make Lapus legit cake
because there was a mistake with the recipe we used. Our meal was told to make
it back tomorrow morning.
Today I also help my friend make sponge cake and
finish the whole cake for morning tea tomorrow.
