Hello guys, this is the last Daily activities from me, for I trainee at Mercure Hotel & Convention Centre Ancol.

For the last week I Studied to make some garnish and finishing some cake, and than make cakes for Event 25th Accors Hotels. 

I Studied How to make some garnish with chocolate, I only follow my supervisors in this Hotel.

And than, i make some greentea Cup cake for 25th Accors Event.

When i Entered Hotel in the morning, i help my demi chef to finishing and garnish cake for cake shop at nelayan bar, after that I set up cake at nelayan bar with him.
