Hi, I want to tell about my activities today in kitchen. We are from MTB 3 A make Western Buffet, the menus name are :

SHRIMP CRISPY WITH TARTAR SAUCE
CASSAVA SALAD

BEEF STROGANOFF
EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA
KUGEL POTATOES

BLACK FOREST
SCOTCHEROS

Today is schedule mid test of group 4, and we are help to make all menu today. I help my friend Putri to make SHRIMP CRISPY WITH TARTAR SAUCE. The Ingredient to make it are :

Shrimp [3,6 kg]
Bread crumb [1 kg]
Egg [10 pcs]
Oil [500 ml]
Flour [1 kg]
Paprika powder [3 tbsp]
Lime [5 pcs]
Salt & Pepper [As needed]

The first Step, Clean Up the shrimp and marinade with lime and Salt & Pepper.


The second, prepare all ingredient for Breaded the shrimp, there are flour, bread crumb mix with paprika powder, and beaten eggs




After that Breaded the shrimp.


And Than, deep fring shimp after breaded.



And the last step serving with tartar sauce.
