Hello guys, Today i am practice in kitchen, the menus is INDONESIAN BUFFET, this menus serving for guest from Australia. The name dish are :

UDANG GORENG TELUR ASIN

SOCHER TORTE
TROPICAL FRESH FRUIT

My Group have a job to make maincourse : Roast Lamb ala Tinoransak, Udang Goreng Telur asin and Kerupuk Acar Sambal.



And than, me alone make a some Sambal.


After that, i help my friend to make Udang Goreng Telur Asin.
