HELLO, Today we made some market snacks, cakes and bread for the afternoon coffee break menu in the orange building, the menu there were 6 items: Bread abon, Berliner, Lemper, Pumpkin Talam, Cake Opera and Sachertorte

After the group was divided, I got a part to make Abon Bread. we make as many as 100-150 pcs per item.

The first step is that I prepare all the ingredients that I will used to make the bread mixture. then I started to mix dry ingredients first, namely: flour, yeast, baking powder, sugar, bread improver and butter. until well blended.



Then put the eggs and mix them until they are flat. then added water and mix to near dull. After that, add salt, then mix until smooth. 


And the dough in the rest in room temperature for 30 minutes.


Then the dough in the portion weighing 30 grams per bread, 


And then rounded and filled with abon. 


And Put in the sit pan, then proofing in a proofing cabinet.


And bake with 200 * C for 15-20 minutes
