Hello, welcome back to my blog, I will tell you about my activities today. Today I came to campus at 6:00 a.m. to prepared our Producs will sale.


Around 07.00 am our product are ready for sale, so we sell beside the campus mosque. And finally our sales are sold out.

Next we go to class for today's material. Our material today is to make bread using Leaven / sour dough.

Our group was divided to make different breads, my group got a part of making French bread.

The first step I prepared the ingredients to be used to make it.


Next, mix the flour with leaven and add water little by little, not kneaded until the mixture is smooth.

After that, rest the dough with room temperature for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes, mix the dough with mixing dough until smooth.

the dough is made elongated

And baked with temperature 200*C
