Hallo, today I made bread butter pudding for products sell today.  After all the products that we will sell are ready, then we sell near the mosque and in the classes.

After all of our products sell well, we enter class to follow our practice material today. today we make small cake.

However, while waited for the chef salam who will teach to make small cake, I help my friend make cheese muffins for the breakfast menu in the rector.

Next I learned to make a small cake with a  chef salam. There are 3 kinds of small cake that I made, namely fruit cake, chocolate mousse and chocolate cake

.

To make chocolate cake, I make chocolate ganache first. then I started finishing the cake.

After that I keep it in the chiller first. then I help my friend make a mirror glaze. after that the cake that I made was covered with a mirror glaze.

Besides that, I also made chocolate garnish to decorate the cake that I made. And continue to decorate the cake on the plate.
