Today, Tuesday, 10 October 2017, I'm practice Ala Carte Menu, I'am in group 3 have job to make all Appetizer, but I'am just handle two menus from Appetizer, there are Rujak Buah and Thai Chicken salad.





Today Rujak buah and Thai Chicken salad ready to serve just 10 portion, And than, Thai Chicken salad today sold out and Rujak Buah just seven order, so three portion the rest.





After Restaurant closed, I'm with my friend prepare all vegetable for maincourse.
