Hi, I will tell my activities  for two weeks, I get an afternoon shift [A1] and morning shift [M1] On the first week I always help my supervisors to make some pastry product.

 Make some panacotta and dark & white chocolate mousse



When Morning shift, i prepare for breakfast tomorrow, make bread butter pudding

Set up coffee break ready on the plate 500 pax

Set Up some Cake for lunch and dinner
